Banquet Information

  • All events require a member sponsor.
  • The sponsoring member will be responsible for their guests and all guests will comply with the rules and regulations of the Club, including the PCYC Code of Conduct.
  • All Members and Guests will adhere to Club dress regulations.
  • For PCYC members, all charges shall be applied to the Members account and the member guarantees payment of the account in this matter including any damages resulting from the function.  Payment is due upon presentation of the monthly account.  Late payment charges are added to your account if the total account is not paid within thirty days.
  • For sponsored functions, upon receipt of the initial deposit, 50% of the cost estimate is due one month prior to the event.  The remaining 50% balance is due within three days of the event.  Any overpayment will be refunded.  Any outstanding amounts will be invoiced and payment will be due within thirty days of the event.
  • Menus and details must be finalized at least two weeks prior to the event.
  • The Club will charge for the number of guests guaranteed or the actual number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.  The guaranteed number of guests must be received by the Club two business days prior to the event.
  • The Club reserves the right to provide an alternate function room best suited for the group should the number of guests attending the function differ from the original number quoted.
  • All food and beverage served in the Club is to be provided by the Club.  Alcoholic beverages will be served in accordance with the regulations of the Liquor License Board of Ontario.
  • The Club shall not assume responsibility for any damages to or loss of merchandise or personal property of members or guests at the Club prior to, during, or following the function, nor will the Club be liable for any injuries to either members or their guests.
  • A deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be deducted from your final billing.  In the event of a cancellation, this will be refunded providing the space is re-booked by another group.
  • A 15% Service charge and applicable taxes will be added to all quoted prices.  All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The PCYC cannot guarantee exclusive use of the facilities for your event, however, we will do everything we can to make your event a successful one.
  • PCYC will be the sole supplier of all food and beverage items, the only exception being Wedding Cakes & accessories.  Please note that Health Regulations prohibit the removal of any food products from the premises.
