The PCYC Clubhouse is one of the newest and .most modern on Lake Ontario. It is open .year-round for our members convenience.

The clubhouse contains the fully staffed Communications Centre and Administration Offices. We also have a full Bar and Cafe eating area on the lower level in addition to various meeting rooms. Also in this area is a lounge to relax in, read a book or newspaper or watch Satellite TV.

Outside the lower level is a full service patio overlooking the harbour - the views are spectacular!

Upstairs we offer our full service dining room with panoramic views of our harbour and Lake Ontario including the Toronto skyline plus an additional lounge area for your relaxing pleasure.

The Club House facilities are available for functions.

Catering Information

Menus can be selected from our Catering Package or we would be happy to create a specific gourmet menu tailored to fit your needs. Your menu selections must be submitted to the catering office at least 2 weeks in advance of the function date. All prices & menu are subject to change.

The catering office must be notified of the number of guests to be served 72 hours prior to the function. The original expected attendance would be prepared and charged should the catering office not receive a guarantee. All functions require a $ 500.00 deposit with the contract in order to guarantee the function date. Payment in full is required two (2) weeks prior to function with any outstanding balance to be paid at end of the function. If a function is cancelled (30) days or less prior to the event, a cancellation fee will apply whereby all deposits will be non-refundable and subject to food costs.

For groups of 40 people or more where the total pre-planned Food Purchases exceed $40.00 per person, the Room Rental shall be waived. Where the Sponsoring Member is also the Active Host of the event and is present at the function, the Room Rental rate will be reduced. There is no Room Rental charge for Club Events or meetings of Club Committees or groups.

Equipment rental can be provided by Port Credit Yacht Club for a minimal fee.

HOST BAR
The following prices will be in effect when the Host of the Function pays for the drinks.  The Port Credit Yacht Club will provide ice, mix, glasses and bartender for groups of 50 or more.  For groups of less than 50, a bartender fee of $16.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
will be added.  All prices are applicable to taxes and gratuity.

 

 CASH BAR

The following prices will be in effect when the guests pay for their own drinks. The Port Credit Yacht Club will provide ice, mix and glasses.  A Bartending Fee of $16.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)  is applicable if bar sales are less than $450.00.  All prices are applicable to taxes and gratuity.
