Distant Horizon CAN/AM Challenge Trophy

This is a special challenge, which is awarded to the sailors who have the best-corrected overall result between American and Canadian Yachts.

This trophy is to remain in the Port Credit Yacht club if the Canadian sailors win the race, and the Rochester Yacht Club if the American sailors win.  The fairest and most equitable method of determining the winners will be decided after all the entries for the race have been received, and will be announced at the skippers’ meeting before the start of the race.

This trophy was donated by Herman Schneider, one of the early participants in this race.
